Sometimes the best way to care for your mental health is to take a step outside.

Peekskill Pride is excited to launch Beyond the Peek, a brand-new Mental Wellness Hiking Series designed to bring people together through nature, movement, and meaningful connection. Each event features a 2-hour guided hike followed by a 20-minute facilitated processing group, creating a supportive space to reflect, recharge, and build community.

Whether you're looking to reduce stress, meet new people, improve your mental well-being, or simply enjoy some of the Hudson Valley's beautiful parks, this series is for you. No experience is necessary—just bring comfortable shoes, water, and an open mind.
